A local authorized Adrian Steel distributor will install the package of your choice at no cost. Select Adrian Steel accessories are available with these packages and can be ordered at an additional cost.

GRAPHICS

No-Charge Graphics Package
This package allows you up to 70 square feet of graphic material to create a customized exterior graphic design that will be installed on your NV van at no charge.

The graphic design can include logos, business contact information and unique slogans ? virtually anything you can imagine to help promote your business.

The graphics package includes:

• Professional creative design time with a graphic design supplier to create the exact look you want
• Production of your approved graphic design
• Package installation on your NV commercial van by a certified graphics installer

Q. What materials are used for the vehicle graphics? A. Nissan Graphics uses 3M products for our graphics. Our graphics are printed on 3M vinyl and laminated for protection. This premium quality vinyl is the same material used for premium full wrap vehicle graphics. Nissan Custom Graphics is able to control quality by doing all production in-house. Q. Are NV vehicle graphics available in all locations? A. Nissan Graphics currently operates in all 50 states. Q. Can graphics damage the exterior or paint of the NV? A. Our wraps will not damage your vehicle's paint. However, if applying graphics after a new paint job you should wait at least six weeks before applying the vinyl. Q. How accurate are the colors displayed on my computer compared to what I'll see on my vehicle? A. In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. As a result of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the website. Q. How long will my vehicle graphics last? A. The graphics are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years. Q. Can I have my own logo and graphics installed on my vehicle? A. Yes, the design tool will allow you to upload your own logo and graphics onto your new Nissan vehicle. Q. What type of file types can I upload? A. You can upload .jpg and .png files. If there are additional file types you wish to use they can be sent to support@nissancommercialgraphics.com Q. What happens if I want to remove my graphics? Will there be left over residue, stains or deposits? A. It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area to make sure that any surface oxidation doesn't leave a residue from the vinyl adhesive.

Q. If I have them removed, are the vehicle graphics recyclable? A. The graphics are produced in the most environmentally safe way possible but are not recyclable. Q. At what locations can I have the vehicle graphics installed? A. The graphic installation can take place at the Nissan dealership for your convenience. Q. How can weather such as wind, rain, heat and cold affect my vehicle graphics? A. 3M has engineered and produced the graphics material for vehicle application. The graphic is designed to withstand the weather elements. Q. What is the customer service contact number? A. Customer service can be reached at 720-746-1600 and / or 1-877-433-3984. Q. How much do vehicle graphics cost? A. The cost of vehicle graphics depends on the amount of material being used and the design. Please contact us at 1-877-433-3984 for a free quote. Q. What is your return policy? A. Original Wraps makes every effort to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Nissan Graphics purchase we will replace the graphic within the first 14 days from your order date. In order to replace a product, graphics must be in its original state with its original backing. Graphics that have been removed from the backing or installed cannot be replaced. If the replacement graphic is a higher retail price, the customer will be charged the difference. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any products, because every order is custom created and printed specifically for you. The replacement process will begin once your graphic is received by Original Wraps and could take up to two weeks to complete and reship. Q. What happens if damage occurs during the installation process? A. If damage occurs during the installation process by our 3M Certified installers we will replace the graphics. Q. How long does it take to order and have my graphics applied? A. Your new graphics can be installed within 8 business days following your order. Q. Where will my order be shipped to? A. The graphics will be shipped to the Nissan dealership to ensure proper handling and storage of your vehicle graphics.

Customers who can provide one of the following eligible business documents can take advantage of the Nissan Commercial Incentive Program. All eligible business documentation must link the owner's name to the business.

• Business License
• Copies of DBA or assumed name document
• Articles of Incorporation
• Sales Tax License
• State or Federal forms showing a Federal Identification Number
• Nissan FAN code
• Verifiable D & B listing
• Municipal Business License
• State or Federal authorized business website (must have a .gov web address)
• State Occupational License for Trade (for example Plumber, Electrician, Contractor)
