Review:
Always get top-notch service from John and Scott. John is the
service writer, always is professional, friendly and treats me and family
members with courtsey. Scott does the work on all of our Nissans. If Scott isn't
there. My vehicles aren't there.
I trust my vehicles with Scott.

Review:
My car is a 2002 Altima, and I have had trouble with it in the
past, but everything was finally taken care of. Over the years I have spent some
$$ keeping the car up and it seems to be doing pretty well. I usually go to the
Quick Lube, but have also done a few in the regular service department. I have
been pleased with the service and everyone is very courteous, and especially
friendly. I always get the shuttle, and have enjoyed the drivers, the service,
and the discounts offered by Nissan.
I really don't have a complaint;
just some confusion. I recently had the oil change with tire rotation. I was
told that I needed front brakes and two rear tires. I drove the car for a few
days and did hear a noise on the right front, but didn't think it was the
brakes. Tina had a tech drive the car and it turns out I needed a new CV boot -
over $200 for the job. Then Tina explained that my brakes should be good for
about another 10,000 miles. The tire tread was checked, and it showed that the
tread measurement was at the highest level.
I haver been hearing some
squealing (it is getting hot around here) and some pull. Now I probably need a
front end alignment. I really hope the brakes and the tires are really OK, as I
do more driving in the summer to visit friends, family, etc., and I sure don't
need any car trouble. So...we shall see what transpires. As I said, I am a bit
confused since I have had two different diagnosis. I am trusting Tina, and hope
all goers well.
Thanks for your time and attention.

AJ helped me find the right car. His approach was very
friendly and he was knowlegeable about car options but with no sales pressure. I
really felt he was helping me to find just the right car to fit my needs. After
I decided to purchase the car, I said I had limited time before an appointment.
The manager expedited the finacial transaction. It was completed very quickly
and with a low interest rate. I took a test drive, viewed several cars and
purchased a new car in TWO hours! It was my best new car purchasing experience.

Review:
My experience at Nissan of Elk Grove was very pleasant and
satisfying since the very moment we arrived. My wife and I had the best luck
having Mr. Estrada as our sales agent who dedicate almost half of his day to
help us to find, what I still believe, the best option for us.
After 2 weeks
of driving my new car a light on the dashboard turned on and I call Mr. Estrada
who immediately got in contact with the service department and Ms. Cruz call me
back within a couple of minutes to let me know they were very busy for the day
but they could check my car if I was able to take it there within and hour what
I did. When we arrived the check in process was very efficient and the shuttle
driver was very nice and took us to a mall near by. Before the time they said it
would take Ms. Cruz called to let us know the car was ready and there wasn't a
problem with the car at all just the gas cap wasn't properly closed. The shuttle
picked us up, went back to the dealership to pick up the car that looked again
like new thanks to our unlimited car wash program.

Sang was very nice and easy to deal with. He was not pushy
when we walked onto the lot, we were able to look around without feeling any
pressure from him. Car buying can be taxing especially when you go to the
dealership at 7 in the evening. The staff understood and respected our price
point plus the fact we didn't want to spend half the evening there. The finance
manager was very good to work with as well, he explained everything to us and
made sure we understood before signing the documents. I would recommend Sang and
Elk Grove Nissan to anyone!!!!

Very pleased with the outcome of my Nissan Altima service. The
Service rep Cruz really went out of her way to make sure I received the best
service for my car. You see I needed a new engine because of a oil consumption
issue and not only did Cruz save me a lot of money but she difinitely help me to
feel very confident in NISSAN as a company. I'm very happy I made the choice to
buy a NISSAN. Thanks guys!!

Review:
I bought my GTR from Khan Ho. Khan was very friendly and
helpful. I even received gifts from the dealership as well as from Khan for
purchasing the car. I had one problem with the car after taking delivery and
called the "client relation manager" who was surprisingly not helpful and
actually hung up the phone on me. However, John Driebe the owner was very
accomodating and helpful. John Driebe actually cared about his customers and
helped me find a solution to my problem.
When I brought my car in for
service, John Brooks, the GTR service adviser, was very helpful. He was easy to
get a hold of for any question that I may have. I called him on his cell phone
on his day off and surprisingly he answered the phone! The gentleman who helped
me with a loaner car was also very friendly (sorry that I forgot his name).
Overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership and would recommend it
highly. The only thing that needs to be changed is to have a more friendly and
understanding "client relation manager."

Review:
1st, let me just say..WOW!!! I am a 1st time car buyer at
54...yes,I said that right..54. I am a nurse by trade, and when it came
time...well, shall I also say.. I was terrified: the money, having to find a
place in my budget, the money, the mind boggling choice that is out there, the
money, how much would my insurance rate go up, the money, and the shark salesmen
hard sales approach that I really meant I was panic attack terrified. After a
long job of researching everything I could on the Internet about my car that i
wanted, the dealerships in my area, the way to buy a car( which I intensely
studied), the fair price of the new car and at lastly, the amount I could get on
my trade in; I was finally able to put out my request to a few dealerships that
had the car in stock that I wanted...(did I say that I intensely studied)...yea,
even for dealers that had the exact car that I wanted on their lot, now. Then it
came time to read up on the dealership that were really the best in my area.
Time and time again, Elk grove was leading in the polls in fair pricing,
customer service, and their salesmen. Ladies and Gentleman, we have a winner! If
they only would quote a price that would beat out the rest, I was on to
something. And they did..My only question to each dealership was: give me a fair
price for the car i want. I didn't want to haggle...I wanted a good price, I
knew what was the fair price and I was going to get it. I just wanted to see if
any one would give it to me. And Elk Grove did..the very first time. Other
dealers said afterward..that they would beat it, if I would tell them the quote
I got. NO, I said I asked them to give me their best price..a one time deal..
and they lost out. Besides Elk Grove gave me a much better than the going price
for my car...Yahoo!! And when I met with Elk Grove..it was everything and more
than I expected..Wonderful people, truthful, and fair. The whole experience left
me with a smile. Finally I could smile...it was a relief. OH, did I say that I
never smiled through the whole process of researching before I went to Elk
Grove, not once! And let me tell you one more thing: I went out to the garage
more times that night to view my new 2010 Altima... and yes, I smiled really big
every time.

AM
on the day i went to purchase a new car Tommy
Davis(our sales rep) was very understanding of our situation. Nissan was the
first dealership we went to in the elk grove auto mall. when i got out of my
car, Tommy did not ambush or overwelm me. He gave me time to get my mind in the
right place and not feel like i was being rushed through cars and paper work.
out of all the car dealerships and sales reps we met that day, Tommy Davis was
the only person that shook our hands and introduced himself and listened to our
needs and criteria. he always had a smile and was very accomindating. after
visiting the rest of the car dealerships(from hell) I went right back to Nissan
and Tommy Davis. when we walked back in Tommy was helping another costumer with
a test drive. when he saw us coming back in, he asked if we wanted to have him
help us or another sales rep. when i said him, he immdiatly asked another person
to help the other costomers and came back to us. when he came back he was still
helpful and not full of himself( like alot of the other sales reps). when we
said we wanted to retest the cube, he got the keys and said lets go for a ride.
he let me make the decisions on were we went and let me test everything the way
i wanted to. we checked the car out and he answered all our questions
truthfully. once we decided to buy the car, he did everything he could to get me
into my car. now i had a bankrupcy, and he still got into a new 2009 cube for
under 17,000, and this car comes with alot of great aspects. if i was to rate
Nissan and Tommy Davis, I would rate them at an 11 out of 10. I recommend,
Nissan to anyone.
