My Review:
I took my car in for a tire pressure light. The repair was covered under warranty. I was also informed of two recalls on my vehicle which were also repaired during this service. The staff was very cordial and work done on a timely basis.

I was also provided a ride home in a timely manner, although at the time I called to make my appointment, I had asked if a ride home is available. My appointment was made for 7:15 am, however, I was not told that the shuttle did not start until 8:00 am. Had I been informed, I would have made an 8:00 am appointment and avoided sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.

This is an excellent dealership with a real hometown feel, not at all like the "megadealerships" where all they want to do is "sell, sell, sell" no matter what. The owner is involved in all facets of the dealership on a day to day basis which is refreshing. I had a trade-in that I was given a very fair value for, and the Altima I bought was very fairly priced.

All in all, it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car, and I'm 65 years old, and have bought a lot of new cars in my life.

My Review:
My 91 Nissan Sentra SE-R (with 220k miles) recently failed functional (smog) test due to the smog test clerk could not determine timing on my vehicle, not due to emissions (which the vehicle passed with flying colors). In summary, the clerk could not see timing marks on crank pulley.

I showed up earlier than my appointment at Elk Grove Nissan and was seen right away. The diagnosis was free of charge and recommendation is to replace the crank pulley. Also, one of the belts on is squeaking and will need to be tightened or replaced.

Since this service appointment, I ran engine degreaser on the engine and pulleys. As a result, I can now see the timing marks on the pulley. I will have my vehicle re-smogged at another smog test facility just in case the Smog 'N Go station in Elk Grove did not do a thorough job.

Regardless whether the vehicle passes the functional (smog) test, I will need to get my belts tightened. All in all, this service center has been very helpful to diagnose problems and help to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Great service center to have your car repaired. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I had my 2007 Xterra's faulty fuel sending unit replaced by this dealership service center at no charge. Thanks to John Brooks for making this happen and for keeping a loyal Nissan owner (4 vehicles in the span of 12 years, with two new vehicles in the last 8 years).

I came in with a vaque sense of the scheduled service my car needed. John help to guide me through my options and made sure all of my concerns were addressed in this one visit. The work was completed in the time he said it would be.

A.J was nice from the start. We called to ask about their current deals and he had a friendly attitude and was ready to meet us the following day. He did not pressure us in anyway. He made the purchasing experience comfortable and at ease. He answered all our questions and even took the time to show all the specs and features of the car.

I had an IPDM go bad on my Titan and it was afte the warranty was past. The dealer had it fixed under warranty. This was an excellent thing to do and this has made me consider the dealer for future purchases. I have other good experiences with this dealer in the past with other issues and service related itmes.

Due to past experiences with other car dealerships,I had grown not to trust Dealership Service Centers. After my experience with Nissan of Elk Grove my trust has been restored! The staff at the Nissan of Elk Grove Service Center was helpful, informative, and truthful. They treated me with respect, calmed my nerves and set me at ease. They let me know what was wrong and fixed it. They did not try to sell me on extra unnecessary services I could not afford at the time. I will use Nissan of Elk Grove service again. In fact just the other day I recommended Nissan of Elk Grove Service to a friend.

Most impressed with personal attention given to each customer. Also impressed with the sense of personal responsibility and ownership each employee demonstrated to solving the customer's problems. And most impressive of all, I was overwhelmed with the sense of teamwork the members of your service department demonstrated while I was there. My service person had gone to lunch and I needed to leave to meet a deadline in my schedule, and the other service dept members actually jumped right into the situation to enable me to be able to get my vehicle and get on my way. If I were the manager of this dealership, I would be so so proud of my personnel and would do everything possible to make sure they stay employed with me forever. They are invaluable!!!!!

My Review:
Kim and John were a pleasure to work with during my recent experience in the service department. The transmission on my Nissan Maxima gave out just after 60,000 miles which was the warranty period. KIm worked with Nissan to have the expense of a remanufactured transmission covered. After having the transmission replaced, the emission system malfunctioned and John was able to have the repairs covered by the warranty as well. Both Kim and John listened to my concerns and made every effort to resolve the issues. After picking up my car, John called me to be sure that everything was working properly. I am thankful to Kim and John for looking after my best interests and appreciate their help!

Althought I thought going early that there would be little wait there's was a line of cars waiting for the Quick Lube to open up at 7:00 a.m. The staff was very friendly and kept me inform about how much longer it was going to take before they took my car. 

They are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They also remember you that you been there before not just by the computer saying it but they actually recognize you.

Recently I had to have my 2009 Maxima towed to Nissan of Elk Grove. John Brooks handled my insurance covered repair (tranny pan damage). As always, John provided the highest level of customer service. He took care of all details with AAA, and called me at every step of the repair process to provide updates. Customer service from Nissan of Elk Grove always finds a way to exceed my expectations.

Starting with getting the appointment time I wanted for my tune-up and then meeting Kim in the office, I was treated as special. I was impressed they offered me a rental. I felt everyone I spoke with enjoyed working there and it made the experience very enjoyable...I felt I could trust them with my car.
Even though the repair took a little longer than they anticipated, they communicated the delay very well. I was also able to take advantage of a coupon from the internet.
If I need service in the future, I have a place to go where it will be convenient and I can trust the staff to take care of me.

ALL THE STAFF WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH MY RECENT SERVICE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED WHEN I HAD THE LAST SERVICE PERFORMED, IT HAD TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED ON MY NEW VEHICLE BUT NOT FINISHED CORRECTLY. IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FRONT BUMPER RAISING UP WHERE IT METS THE FRONT FENDER A CLIP OR FASTNER WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. ALSO A PART WAS ORDERED FOR THE INTERIOR SEAT BACK AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ABOUT IT AND IF THEY COULD JUST SEND IT TO ME AND I WILL INSTALL IT.

I appreciated that I was asked if I wanted the car driven through the car wash upon completion of the service. I was pleased that I was taken with no appointment, the service was completed quickly and efficiently and I was on my way in no time.

warranty and the message on my dashboard as "Tire Maintenance." The whole crew of 

Quick Lube are all excellent employees.


John Brooks has always been our Nissan advisor even when he was on Florin Road Nissan.

Both John and Kush are the greatest asset on Elk Grove Nissan.

The young woman at the check-out/pay area was very nice. She was efficient and pointed me immediately to a service rep. The fellow I worked with sits right across from the check-out area slightly to the north west. Extremely helpful guy who answered all my questions and gave excellent advice for the best maintainance of my 2007 Murano. I am embarassed I don't recall his name. (His family owned property in Oregon and it was nice to have social exchange a bit while ordering repair work!) I always enjoy the cleaned up vehicle when I get it back following service(wheels and all)!! CLASS ACT

I have always gotten good service here. Mike and Shaun are both very professional and helpful, work was done quickly and appreciated the loaner car too. I use my truck to tow live cargo, and it's important for me not to have a breakdown! I had brought the truck in for a routine scheduled service, but they took a good look at it and were able to spot some problems that needed repair before they got worse. Thanks guys for keeping me on the road!

Steven was very helpful during the purchase of our new car. Waiting for finance person was the longest part and not too much can be done about that. The day we were there 9 of of 10 cubicles were full of customers !

John in Service was pleasant. The face of our stero was a bit off kilter and it was fixed nicely. Because we live a good distance from Elk Grove we might need to go to a North area Nissian dealership in the future. I will however go to Elk Grove if we do not receive the same top service as Elk Grove provides.

I appreciated the friendliness and approachableness of the car salesman. I also liked the fact that I was asked to take the car I was looking at for a test drive before I even asked! I didn't feel pressured when buying the car and I felt that my needs were being met. When sitting down with the finance rep (sorry I forgot the name)I thought the meet with him was very informative and honest. I have to say my first time buying a car experience was great and Nissan has left a very good impression after my first encounter.

I live in Vacaville and work in South Sacramento. I purchase my car from your dealership because of the service I got during my on-line purchase. Since that time every interaction has been to the Norstrom level of service. In this day and times I look for the best service at the best price and further that I look for the best quality. I am able to find this at Elk Grove Nissan. During my visit every staff member was happy and more then eager to help. I was never standing more then one minute before some one would ask if I needed help! I know that I will always bring my car back for service as long as this level of service is maintained. The first visit to the dealership was to drive a new Murano. All sales staff were busy when we arrived so the receptionist assisted in getting a staff person to assist us. Randy Losenara was assigned to assist us. After greeting us we mentioned we would like to drive a Murano so Randy took us out to look at what they had on the lot. A new Murano LE that came close to what we had in mind was on the lot and Randy immediately went to get the keys and took us out for a test drive. During the test drive we casually discussed what other autos we were looking at and during the course of the discussion price came up. Randy verbally indicated he could get us to the price we mentioned we were looking for. After getting back to the dealership we talked for a few minutes more, let Randy know we would be driving a few other models, and left. A few days later we called to see if Randy was working. He was not, but we were informed to call him directly and he met us at the dealership in an hour. He had us take another test drive and then we returned to the dealership to negotiate. This process took no more than ten minutes with most of that answering questions for the various forms. It took only one back and forth on price to get the deal we were looking for and had discussed a few days earlier. All along Randy was low pressure and very cordial to work with. After striking a price deal for the Murano, we met with Dave in Finance. He provided a five minute computer presentaion for us on various option we could consider (i.e extended warraty, etc.) while he put together his paperwork. He then went over the various options in different package levels, briefly describing the pros and cons. Dave was thorough in presenting the options but did not over presusure the products. The finance process took only about ten minutes even with the computer presentation (which is very helpful). The entire experience was very pleasant, all staff at the dealership were friendly, and the total time to test drive, negotiate, and complete the paperwork was less than an hour. I would, and have, recommended Elk Grove Nissan to those looking for a new Nissan.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a Car Dealership, both Eric and Anthony were extremely professional and informative. I contacted a few other dealerships prior to Nissan of Elk Grove, and felt that I was being talked down to and told what I should do rather than given options and information by the Sales Staff. It was a huge relief to work with Eric and Anthony, who provided me with the highest level of customer service, and continued to listen to what I needed as far as price and value in a car. I am extremely grateful to them for cutting the stress out of my buying experience. I would reccomend and refer all of my family and friends to Nissan of Elk Grove.... and I will continue to be a return client for years to come. Thank you again!!

I give Nissan of Elk Grove excellent marks in all categories because they made my new car buying experience a seamless, stressless experience. They also willingly and graciously assisted me in packaging 4 separate buyer incentives into one deal resulting in savings for a brand new hybrid Altima that were virtually unheard of -- until now! 

My initial reason for choosing this dealership was their professional attitude and detailed answers they gave to me over the internet and by phone while I asked them numberous questions covering many areas of concern. I found them to be honest and truly interested in helping me get the best deal possible. 

And I did get the best car deal imagineable, thanks to them!

Great customer service makes my first car buying experience overall comfortable. I remember when I followed my parents to buy a car before, it was nothing but painful because of bunch of unclear fees and had a tough battle just to get a few tens of dollars off. With my passed experience, I was expecting for the worst when I went to Nissan Elk Grove to buy my first owned car. Complete opposite to my expectation, it was a friendly and smooth process.
I was first introduced to Robbie. He carefully addressed all my concerns regarding to hybrid vehicles, different upgrades, colors of the model, and suggested me not only to test the car I want to get, but also a hybrid Camry to show me the difference. He let me feel confident to decide on the exact car I want to get.
After I picked the car I want, I met Khan Ho. I knew from experience that this is where it gets ugly to have to deal with the price. Again, he proved me wrong. We reached the service desk after getting something to drink. He made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. He was friendly, and also honest and clear when showing me how everything will be handled (payment, maintanence, services, how the car works, etc). 
After Khan and I came to an agreement for the most part, I finally met the finance person, Warren. He helped me to quickly and cleanly took care of the rest of the paper work and I was ready to bring home my new car. It didn't end there though. At the inspection, there were still some parts of the car were it was not perfect. But Khan made sure I was happy so he promised a final fully touch up work on the following week. I know I left there with a smile.
I gave overall experience a 4 because it took around 5 hours. Though the time did fly, it's still longer than I wished to spend. But I guess that's just how buying cars goes.

I purchased my Max 10 Sept 04 from this dealership. During the entire 5 years the service continues to be excellent.
I have never had the need to have any other dealership work on my car.
In this economy it is appreciated to recieve discounted coupons for necessary maintenance.

I brought my car in at 7 am, and cruz arranged for a loaner car for me right away. She expedited my service, because I'm from out of town and needed to be home at a certain time. She called my cell phone and let me know my car would be done within an hour of her call, so I could make my way back to the dealership. I waited a few minutes after I arrived and she had my car ready to go. Great, friendly service. Clean, well run dealership!

Cruz offered WONDERFUL customer service and I would like to deal with her everytime i come into the dealership from now on. She was always in contact with me and worked with me for the entire time my car was being worked on And as a woman I really appreciated her explaining everything to me without it going over my head. I purchased my Nissan Altima in 2005. The salesperson was great and I felt confident in my purchase. I have great appreciation for service I continue to receive these past four years. Kush and his team at the Quick Lube are wonderful, and the whole team in Service and Parts Department are helpful. Recently someone hit my car, and today I took it to the collision center on Florin Road. George and his team were equally as amazing as the rest of Nissan of Elk Grove. I will be in the the market for an additional car within the next year, and will be purchase it from Nissan of Elk Grove again. I am confident they will take care of my needs in the same manner as the previous four years. Everyone should stop by this dealership and enjoy the service provided by the staff.

The service was great by Steve Nguyen, he was the one who took us test driving with all their vehicles. Unlike Toyota of Elk Grove who asked us if were buying the car or not, that was a bad presentation of the sale guy!

Huy Ngo who we knew from a friend and spoke highly of him. We met in September of 2008 and wanted to buy at that time but we did not have enough money for a down payment. He told me when I'm ready he'll be there rain or shine. Behold! Huy was not working on December 24 2008 but he came in and help us with the price.

Khan Ho was also there to greet and meet us. All three sales representative was ready and on hand, I enjoy those kind of services.

The quick lube department was very professional when I did my first 3700 miles oil change.

Receive a good deal and best services. The cost of my coupe 2.5s license/tax/interest was 25K. I alway go for the free coffee and soda every time I go in there.
